Are you toxic?
Have you ever done a detox program? Summer and I have several times with some interesting results. Detoxing is not the most fun thing to do, but with a good detox program, the results can be impressive. One added benefit from the detox programs that Summer and I have completed is that we always seem to improve our dietary choices a little bit each time.
If you are not familiar with detox programs let me explain what is involved and the benefits of completing a quality detox program.
Why detox? The Center for Disease Control (CDC) releases a report every once in a while to determine our exposure to chemicals. One of the latest reports showed that the CDC tested the blood and urine for 212 different chemicals and found that most Americans had all 212 of the chemicals in their body. We really do not know all of the problems that these chemicals cause to our bodies.
Where do these toxins come from? Some of the most common sources these toxins are found in the following: Plastics – Bottles and containers we use every day Household products – Cleaning products etc Food – Insecticides, Herbicides, Pesticides etc Heavy Metals – multiple sources Medications
How to determine if you are toxic? Look for the symptoms Chronic Fatigue Difficulty concentrating Muscle aches and pains Food Allergies and Sensitivities Irritability Headaches Abdominal Pain

Our goal in the metabolic detoxification program is to help you feel better, increase your energy level, and improve your overall wellness. We recommend doing this type of metabolic detoxification no more than three times in a 12 month period.
